I'm telling you, that thing's a doobie. He's holding the thing like a joint, plus the thing is smoked down so far, he practically needs a roach clip. It definitely isn't a filtered cigarette. And if you smoke an unfiltered down that far, it tastes like shit. It's like inhaling pure tar into your lungs. Believe me, I used to smoke.
Cigs.. you're too right... but that's tobbacco, and he's a glutton for punishment. If it was weed the resin would have turned the paper a tan to brown, hence "roach" color way before that micron smokable shown. That butt is resin free. It's a tobbacco roll I'm 99% sure. Ask any stoner. They (we) can tell ya from even further away from where this pic was taken. :-)
